Easy Speech Therapy Center is looking to hire Board Certified Behavior Analysts to provide services to children with Autism.

Who you are

  • You have the desire to help clients and families

  • You are comfortable in a busy therapy department

  • You have a minimum of one year of experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis treatment to children with autism

  • Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or related field

  • BCBA certification required


  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and develop behavior support plans (BSP).

  • Conduct assessments (e.g. VB-MAPP, AFLS).

  • Develop individualized treatment plans (e.g., goals, objectives, and interventions)

  • Provide Direct Case Supervision and monitor client progress towards goals.

  • Provide direct ABA therapy to children with Autism and other developmental disorders in the clinic, home, school, and community settings when needed.

  • Provide parent or teacher training on the principles of ABA

  • Consult and collaborate with schools, medical professionals, and other pediatric discipline

  • Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BCBA candidates as outlined in the BCBA Supervision Contract

  • Write initial FBA reports and progress reports

  • Complete other duties as assigned by the Program Director.

  • Stand, sit, twist, kneel, bend-over, crouch down, walk, and sit/play on floor for extended periods of time as well as lift, push, and pull up to 30lbs without assistance from another adult.
