The ABA unit at Easy Speech Therapy Center provides clinic-based behavioral intervention for children with Autism and related disorders with a variety of skill deficits and behavior concerns.   • Minimum of one year of experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis treatment to children with autism

  • Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or related field

  • BCBA, LCSW, or LMFT certification required

  • Demonstrated knowledge of ABA treatment techniques and treatment program designs for children of varying skill levels

  • Excellent people-management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent administrative skills

  • Excellent Clinical & Leadership skills

  • Experience servicing individuals with varying diagnoses, diverse levels of functioning, and a broad range of ages

  • Excellent report writing skills

  • Expertise in assessment and intervention strategies

  • Self-motivated, responsible, honest, articulate, excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Demonstrate skills consistent with serving culturally and linguistically diverse families.

  • Maintains professional boundaries, professional composure, and work well under pressure

  • Demonstrates effective communication skills to interact with clinicians, clients, family members, and staff.


  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and develop behavior support plans (BSP).

  • Conduct assessments (e.g. VB-MAPP, AFLS).

  • Develop individualized treatment plans (e.g., goals, objectives, and interventions)

  • Provide Direct Case Supervision and monitor client progress towards goals.

  • Provide direct ABA therapy to children with Autism and other developmental disorders in the clinic, home, school, and community settings when needed.

  • Provide parent, teacher, and staff training on the principles of ABA

  • Consult and collaborate with schools, medical professionals, and other pediatric discipline

  • Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BCBA candidates as outlined in the BCBA Supervision Contract

  • Write initial FBA reports and progress reports

  • Complete other duties as assigned by the Program Director.

  • Maintain all applicable personal certifications, licenses, professional insurances, TB clearance up to date

  • Maintain reliable transportation and current liability insurance for the vehicle

  • Stand, sit, twist, kneel, bend-over, crouch down, walk, and sit/play on floor for extended periods of time as well as lift, push, and pull up to 30lbs without assistance from another adult.
