Position

Easy Speech Therapy Center is looking for full-time and part-time Occupational Therapists to join our dynamic multidisciplinary treatment team of speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, ABA therapists, and psychologists treating adults and children.

New Graduates are welcome! Come and join our organization where you will learn and grow as a clinician. If you do not have experience working with children, this is a great learning opportunity!


Who you are

  • You are an ambassador for Easy Speech’s mission and culture

  • You are collaborative, caring, customer service oriented, and enjoy being part of a team!

  • Master’s degree from an accredited school or program.

  • Current Board of Occupational Therapy license issued by the state of California.

  • Current Registration with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).

  • Experience and ability to work independently, using critical thinking skills and processes to arrive at objective, strategic, results-oriented decisions within the context of patient care and department, division and organizational priorities.

  • Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.


Position Duties

Provide Clinic-based treatments, Conduct Standardized Assessments, Supervision of COTA's.
